What You'll Do

Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand customers' roofing needs and present customized solutions.

Educate customers on AVCO Roofing's products, services, and value proposition.

Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to generate leads and referrals.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet and exceed sales targets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Uphold AVCO's core values in all interactions with customers and team members
What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

W2 Compensation: Uncapped commissions + performance-based bonuses.
