What You'll Do

Lead Product Strategy: Oversee roofing product offerings, ensuring top-tier quality and market competitiveness

Conduct In-Home Sales Consultations: to understand customers' roofing needs and present tailored solutions.

Educate & Build Relationships: Provide detailed product knowledge, generate leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with Sales & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to align product sales with company goals

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor market conditions, competitor offerings, and emerging roofing technologies.
What We're Looking For

Experience in roofing sales, product management, or in-home consultations preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving results

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members.

Familiarity with roofing industry products and services is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
